Cheryl's Best of 2008

By: Cheryl Harvey Hill, Sr. Staff Journalist
To sum up this past year through a drugged haze from a hospital bed is a real challenge, but I'm determined. I have to say that Joe Nichols is still the best there is and one of the most underrated entertainers in any genre of music. I predict more than one number one hit will come out of his new album. But the most outstanding album of this past year came from, the one and only, Willie Nelson. He sums it up life best when he sings, "I'm so glad I got to dance with you for a Moment Of Forever."
I am so incrediby humbled, and grateful, for the out pouring of prayers and love for me and my family. For one of the very few times in my life, I am truly at a loss for words and "thank you" seems so inadequate but I don't know what else to say. Much love and many cyber hugs, I'm keepin it country and keepin' the faith.
As for who to watch in this coming year... Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Kelly Lang, Billie Jo Ferguson, Carl Ray, and Crystal Sands.
I really am so grateful that "I got to dance with you (all) for a Moment of Forever".
