LoCash Cowboys - Lakeland, FloridaBy: Connie Breeden
It's always a delight to catch a LoCash Cowboys show and well, Saturday night I did just that in Lakeland, Florida at the hottest country club in central Florida, Boots 'N Buckles. The Dynamic duo get better and better every time I see them perform. Their high energy performance is nothing less than crazy good. If you have ever seen them live then you know what I'm talking about. When Chris Lucas and Preston Brust take the stage, and begin singing "C.O.U.N.T.R.Y" you just get lost in their music, and whatever ails you, you're sure to forget about. There's really not much I can say about these guys that I haven't said before, call me biased but I just enjoy talking with this dynamic duo and listening to their music. They are down to earth guys, they always let their fans know they are appreciated, and they always bring the best performance no matter where they are. |
LoCash Cowboys - Lakeland, Florida

The wildest and hottest show ever to come out of Nashville, just happened to be in Lakeland, Florida at Boots N Buckles Friday night. Even hurricane Irene didn't keep the sensational duo Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, AKA the LoCash Cowboys, from rocking out Lakeland. Their performance was nothing less than perfect. When I last saw them in November 2010 their single, "Keep In Mind," was out on radio and climbing the charts and I spoke of fireworks on a cool November night. Since then, they have released one of the best songs in the country music industry, "You Got Me" (and they do... give them a listen, and they will have you too!)
Before taking the stage to a sold out, standing room only crowd, LoCash met up with their Florida street team to sign autographs and take pictures. They have a deep appreciation for their fans so, time permitting, they will always meet with them.
Just as the confetti fell to the stage and covered the audience, the packed out venue heard "C.O.U.N.T.R.Y," a cut off their CD that set the pace for what was yet to come. To borrow a line from Wade Hayes, the guys took the stage and "tore it up from the floor up" with their high packed energy. They performed many songs from their own album, and borrowed the popular hit "Friends In Low Places". Watch out Garth Brooks, LoCash Cowboys are in the house!
LoCash had the venue rocking, the crowd swaying back and forth dancing, jumping up and down and screaming! I had seen their shows several times before and they always bring it! This time was no different. Each time I see the LoCash Cowboys they add something new and exciting to their show, they just keep getting better and better.
When the guys are not on stage, they are involved with several charitable organizations and perform for the troops whenever possible. They will be touring non stop this year across the United States, in Germany, Switzerland, and cruising over to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. If you haven't seen one of the LoCashCowboys show, you are seriously missing out! And just remember when the LoCash Cowboys are in the house it doesn't have to be the 4th of July to see fireworks!
To find out if the wildest and hottest duo, to ever come out of Nashville, is coming to a city near you, check out their Facebook, follow them on Twitter, and/or get additional details from their official web-page.
